WHO ARE YOU?
I'm Mike and I'm from Detroit, Michigan. I specialize in Street and Urban photography. In addition to photography, I work in corporate America in Human Resources.
WHEN DID YOU REALIZE YOU WERE A PHOTOGRAPHER?
I had love a photography from a very early age. My uncle was a professional photographer for newspapers and billboards and for the last 40 years he is in the studio photography business today. I hung around him all the time learning the craft from about 10 years old and on.
INTRODUCING OLYMPUS
How did you get started with the Olympus system?
I wanted something less heavy and was interested in the orifinal OM-D E-M5. I started there and by time the first E-M1 came out I sold all my heavy full frame DSLR equipment.
What’s your go-to Olympus setup?
My go to street set in the PEN-F and the M.Zuiko 17mm F1.2 PRO or 17mmm F1.8
I also use the M.Zuiko 12-100 F4.0 IS PRO and, at times, the E-M1 Mark II.
How does Olympus help you do your job?
It's small size and ease of use makes every job easier. The image stabilaztion and quality are second to none.

Be true to yourself and learn my having fun and enjoying photography. Don’t get caught up in the details. learn composition and be consistent with shooting.

Be willing to help all in the community, no matter what their level is. The pay backs to your own photography will grow immensely.
